Chicken and Wheat Gluten Cake Miso Soup
      This is a special version miso soup of ordinary ingredients.
Ingredients (4 servings)
| Chicken | 200 g | 
|---|---|
| Uzumaki-fu (Spiral wheat gluten cakes) | 30 pieces (small) | 
| Red bell pepper | 1/4 | 
| Yellow bell pepper | 1/4 | 
| Sobanome (Buckwheat sprouts) | Several | 
| Dashi stock | 800 cc | 
| Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons | 
Directions
- Cut the chicken into proper sizes. Cut out stars from the red and yellow bell peppers.
 - Boil the chicken and bell peppers in the dashi stock until tender. Add the uzumaki-fu and boil for a moment.
 - Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the sobanome on top.
 
★ A Note
Children would be pleased with this miso soup.  You can shape bell peppers into various shapes.
