Miso Soup Full of Love
      This miso soup is full of nutrition and love, good for married couples.
Ingredients (4 servings)
| Chicken | 80 g | 
|---|---|
| Carrot | 1/2 | 
| Potato | 1 | 
| Broccoli | 8 florets | 
| Small pumpkin | 1/8 | 
| Spinach | 1 stalk | 
| Dashi stock | 800 cc | 
| Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons | 
Directions
- Cut the chicken and pumpkin into proper sizes. Slice the carrot into heart-shaped pieces and the potato into quarters. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Boil the spinach and cut it into 2-cm lengths.
 - Boil the chicken, carrot, potato and pumpkin in the dashi stock until they become tender.
 - Add the broccoli and spinach. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
