Crab and Egg Miso Soup

Pieces of crab meat stick out from fluffy egg in this miso soup. Enjoy this tasty miso soup!

Ingredients (4 servings)

Eggs 4
Canned crab 40 g
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Banno-negi (Thin green onion) 2 stalks
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the banno-negi diagonally to 2-cm width. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat. Add the crab and sauté the mix lightly with the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and dissolve the miso.
  3. Place the sautéed egg and crab in bowls and pour in the miso soup of 2. Serve the miso soup with the banno-negi sprinkled.

★ A Note
You can make a tasty miso soup also with crab flakes.
