Halloween Miso Soup
As Halloween reminds us pumpkins, you would like to eat this miso soup when winds have become cold.
Ingredients (4 servings)
| Vienna sausage | 1 |

| Small pumpkin | 1/8 |
| Brown mushrooms | 4 |
| Potato | 1/2 |
| Onion | 1/8 |
| Minced parsley | A dash |
| Dashi stock | 800 cc |
| Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
- Cut the sausage into proper sizes. Slice the pumpkin, unskinned, thinly into proper sizes and the brown mushrooms into a little thick pieces. Cut also the potato and onion into proper sizes.
- Boil the ingredients of 1 in the dashi stock until they become tender.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the minced parsley sprinkled.
