Scallop and Sweet Corn Miso Soup
      Sweet corn in season in this miso soup is almost addictive.
Ingredients (4 servings)
| Fresh scallops | 8 | 
|---|---|
| Sweet corn | 4 tablespoons | 
| Minced parsley | 1 teaspoon | 
| Dashi stock | 800 cc | 
| Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons | 
Directions
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the sweet corn and scallops.
 - After the ingredients are cooked, lower the heat and dissolve the miso.
 - Serve the miso soup in bowls with the minced parsley sprinkled.
