Italian Miso Soup

The combination of prosciutto and cheese is unique for miso soup. Enjoy its unique taste.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Mozzarella cheese 80 g
Prosciutto 8 slices
Arugula Several leaves
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Drain the mozzarella cheese and cut into proper sizes.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and dissolve the miso. Add the prosciutto and mozzarella cheese and heat.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the arugula leaves on top.

★ A Note
White mozzarella cheese in this miso soup is refreshing.
