Asparagus and Kochia Seed Miso Soup
      The popping texture of kochia seeds (tonburi or field caviar) makes you addictive.
Ingredients (4 servings)
| Tofu | 1/2 cake | 
|---|---|
| Miniature asparagus | 6 spears | 
| Tonburi | 4 teaspoons | 
| Dashi stock | 800 cc | 
| Miso | 3-1/2 tablespoons | 
Directions
- Slice the miniature asparagus diagonally.
 - Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the miniature asparagus. Add also tofu in scoops with a spoon and cook.
 - Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the tonburi on top.
 
★ A Note
Tonburi, often called field caviar, goes well with miniature asparagus.
