Taro and Cod Miso Soup
Cod tastes light and fluffy. Winter is the best season to enjoy it.
Ingredients (4 servings)
|Tomyo (Pea sprouts)||Several sprouts|
|Dashi stock||800 cc|
- Peel the taros and cut into quarter slices. Cut the cod into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the taros and cod. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the tomyo on top.
★ A Note
Cod filets are soft and easy to break. Treat them gently.
