Cauliflower and Chicken Butter-Flavored Miso Soup

In this miso soup, sweet and soft cauliflower in season suits savory chicken well with butter flavor.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Cauliflower 1/2 head
Chicken 60 g
Parsley A dash
Butter 1 tablespoon
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the cauliflower and chicken into proper sizes and mince the parsley.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the cauliflower and chicken. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the parsley sprinkled and a piece of butter on top.

Butter goes very well with miso.
