Celery and Asparagus White Miso Soup

A fresh and light taste. Celery in season is sweet and less peculiar.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Celery 1/2 stalk
Asparagus 4 spears
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 4 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Slice the celery and cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the celery and asparagus. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
