Rock Laver and Water Shield Red Miso Soup
The smooth texture of water shield (junsai) and the sea flavor of rock laver (iwanori) are refreshing.
Ingredients (4 servings)
|Dried iwanori||4 g|
|Dashi stock||800 cc|
- Wash the junsai quickly with water and drain.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil, dissolve the miso and add the iwanori and junsai.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Junsai in miso soup is covered with a jelly-like coating and has a characteristic chewy texture.
