Spanish mackerel Misosoup

Spanish mackerel,turnip and nanohana give a feeling of spring.

Ingredients (4 servings)

spanish mackerel 2 fillets
carrot 2/1
turnip 3(small)
nanohana 8 stalks
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

  1. Cut the spanish mackerel into proper sizes and dip in boiling water.
  2. Cut the turnip and carrot proper sizes.Cut the nanohana into proper sizes and boil it.
  3. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the turnip and the carrot.
  4. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and add the spanish mackerel and the nanohana.Serve the miso soup in bowls.

★ A Note

Add nanohana just before you stop heating since it is easily cooked.
