Minestrone-style Miso Soup
With small cubes of carrot and daikon radish, this miso soup is easy to eat for children.

Directions
- Cut the carrot, potato, daikon and burdock into 1-cm cubes and the bacon into 1-cm squares. Cut konegi into longer pieces.
- Stir-fry the vegetables and bacon with the olive oil and season with the salt and sesame. Add the consommé stock and canned tomatoes and simmer the soup.
- Dissolve the miso and serve the miso soup in bowls with the small green onion on top.

Various root vegetables together with tomato give a light and refreshing taste to the miso soup.
