Seven-Herb Miso Soup

Instead of eating traditional seven-herb rice porridge, enjoy the seven herbs in this miso soup.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Seven-herb set 1 package
Agedama (Tempura bits) 4 tablespoons
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

  1. Cut the seven herbs into proper sizes.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the seven herbs and boil for a moment.
  3. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the agedama sprinkled.
