Sea Lettuce and Daikon Radish Miso Soup
This miso soup with a strong sea flavor of sea lettuce (aosa) will make you miss the past summer.

Directions
- Rehydrate the aosa in water and drain. Separate the leaves from the mitsuba and cut the stalks to 3 ~ 4-cm length. Cut the daikon radish into rectangles.
- Boil the daikon in the dashi stock until tender. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the aosa and mitsuba on top.
★ A Note
Aosa can easily be rehydrated in water. It is full of dietary fiber.
