Minced Chicken Miso Soup with Ginger
Ginger adds a piquant taste to mild miso soup.

- Boil the minced chicken in the dashi stock for 2 ~ 3 minutes while stirring the soup.
- Skim off the scum. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the broccoli sprouts and grated ginger on top.
★ A Note
Instead of broccoli sprouts, you can use different sprouts, such as white radish (kaiwaredaikon), mustard and buckwheat (soba).
