Shiba Shrimp Soymilk Chowder
This is a colorful miso soup and looks pleasant.

- Cut the potato into 1-cm cubes and slice the carrot and onion. Chop the banno-negi.
- Place the butter in a pan and stir-fry the shiba shrimps, potato, carrot and onion, avoiding burning. Add the dashi stock and soymilk and boil until the vegetables become tender.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the banno-negi sprinkled.

Soymilk and butter enclose the umami (good taste) of shiba shrimps and vegetables in this miso soup.
