Miso Soup Full of Love

This miso soup is full of nutrition and love, good for married couples.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken 80 g
Carrot 1/2
Potato 1
Broccoli 8 florets
Small pumpkin 1/8
Spinach 1 stalk
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

  1. Cut the chicken and pumpkin into proper sizes. Slice the carrot into heart-shaped pieces and the potato into quarters. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Boil the spinach and cut it into 2-cm lengths.
  2. Boil the chicken, carrot, potato and pumpkin in the dashi stock until they become tender.
  3. Add the broccoli and spinach. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
