Yukireitake Mushroom(Abalone Mushroom) and Miniature Bok Choy Miso Soup

Yukireitake Mushroom(Abalone Mushroom) 80 g
Miniature bok choy 1 plant
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the Yukireitake Mushroom(Abalone Mushroom) mushrooms into proper sizes. Wash the miniature bok choy and separate into proper sizes.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the Yukireitake Mushroom(Abalone Mushroom) and miniature bok choy to cook.
  3. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
