Cabbage Roll and Mushroom Miso Soup
The umami (good taste) of white mushrooms improves the quality of purchased cabbage rolls in this miso soup.

Directions
- Remove the dust from the white mushrooms and mince the parsley.
- Boil the cabbage rolls and white mushrooms in the dashi stock. After the ingredients are cooked, lower the heat and dissolve the miso.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the minced parsley sprinkled.
