Chicken Wing and Daikon Radish Miso Soup
The rich umami (good taste) of chicken wings encloses daikon radish in this miso soup.

Directions
- Stir-fry the chicken wings both sides with the vegetable oil. Peel the daikon radish and cut into slightly thicker quarter slices.
- Boil the ingredients of 1 in the dashi stock.
- After the ingredients are cooked, lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the ichimi-tograshi sprinkled to taste.
