Potato and Corn Miso Soup with Butter

Potatoes 2
Corn 1/2 ear
Butter 5 g
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

  1. Cut the potatoes into thicker semicircular slices and cut the kernels off the corn with a knife.
  2. Boil the ingredients of 1 in the dashi stock until tender.
  3. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the butter on top.

★ A Note

Fluffy potatoes go very well with sweet corn in this miso soup.
