Colorful Vegetable Miso Soup

The miso soup offers vivid colors of summer ingredients.

Red bell pepper 1/2
Yellow bell pepper 1/2
Zucchini 1/2
Pork ham 4 slices
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

  1. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into 1-cm squares. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into halves and slice them into pieces of 1-cm thickness. Cut the pork ham into 1-cm squares.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the zucchini, bell peppers and pork ham.
  3. After the ingredients become tender, lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
