Tuna and Celery Miso Soup

Directions
- Drain oil from the canned tuna. Slice the celery stalk and cut its leaves into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the tuna and sliced celery. After the celery becomes tender, add the celery leaves and boil for a short time.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

The flavor of celery is enhanced by adding its leaves.
