Directions
- Cut the okras into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the scallops and okras to cook.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

You can also cut okras into star-shaped slices. They make the miso soup enjoyable.
