Buckwheat dumplings (sobagaki) have a simple taste. Enjoy them with this miso soup.

- Add the hot water in the soba powder and mix and knead well. Make dumplings (sobagaki) from the soba dough.
- Boil the sobagaki in the dashi stock for 1 ~ 2 minutes. Add the soba sprouts and boil lightly.
- Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Adding mushrooms, such as maitake mushrooms, makes this miso soup tastier.
