Goosefish, Chinese Cabbage and Turnip Miso Soup
This miso soup is full of sweet Chinese cabbage (hakusai) and turnip and light-tasting but savory goosefish (anko).

Directions
- Cut the anko into proper sizes and shave the hakusai thickly. Peel the turnip thickly and cut into chunks.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the anko, hakusai and turnip. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
