Daikon Radish and Pork Spicy Miso Soup
Sweet daikon radish goes well with pork. With additional green onion and red pepper, this miso soup warms you up.
Ingredients (4 servings)

Directions
- Cut the daikon radish into quarter slices and the pork belly into proper sizes. Cut the naga-negi diagonally into pieces.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the daikon and pork belly. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the naga-negi and ito-togarashi on top.
★ A Note
Daikon radishes taste sweeter as it becomes cold. Use them often in miso soup in winter.
