Gyoza Miso Soup

Enjoy mildly sweet Chinese cabbage and gyoza in this miso soup.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Gyoza (Chinese dumplings, available on the market) 8
Chinese cabbage 1 leaf
Chingensai (Bok choy) 2 stalks
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Kome (Rice) miso


  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage and chingensai into proper sizes.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the gyoza, Chinese cabbage and chingensai. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

★ A Note

Chinese cabbage and chingensai become tasty in winter.
