Chinese Chive, Onion and Deep-fried Tofu Miso Soup

Chinese chive in season is rich in nutrients. The miso soup is good when you are tired.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chinese chive 1/2 bunch
Onion 1/2
Aburaage (Deep-fried tofu) 1 piece
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

  1. Cut the Chinese chive into proper sizes and slice the onion. Cut the aburaage into rectangles.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the Chinese chive, onion and aburaage. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil only for a moment.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
