Korean-style Swimming Crab Miso Soup
Enjoy the rich taste of crab butter in this spicy miso soup.

Directions
- Cut the watari-gani into halves. Remove the base off the shimeji mushrooms and separate into small bunches. Cut the tofu into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the watari-gani, tofu, soybean sprouts and shimeji mushrooms. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and add the gochujang.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
★ A Note
Use whole watari-gani in large chunks. It adds a rich taste to the miso soup.
