Sesame-flavored Miso Soup with Soymilk

The flavor of sesame is appetizing. This is a healthy miso soup with a rich savor.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Potato 1
Bacon 2 strips
Spinach 1 small stalk
Sesame paste 1 tablespoon
Soymilk 200 cc
Dashi stock 600 cc
Miso 4 tablespoons

  1. Cut the potato, bacon and spinach into proper sizes.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the potato and bacon. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and add the sesame paste and soymilk.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the spinach on top.
