Maitake Mushroom and Pea Sprout Miso Soup

Maitake mushrooms 1 pack
Tomyo (Pea sprouts) 1/2 bunch
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

  1. Remove the base off the maitake mushrooms and separate into small bunches. Remove the root section off the tomyo.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the maitake and tomyo and boil for a short time. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
