Directions
- Boil the broccoli and cut into florets. Cut the atsuage into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the atsuage. After the atsuage is cooked, dissolve the miso and add the broccoli.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
