Deep-fried Garlic and Turnip Miso Soup
Good for the lack of stamina in late summer.

- Peel the garlic cloves and deep-fry them in vegetable oil at 180 °C. Peel the small turnips slightly thickly and cut them into proper sizes.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the turnips. After the turnips are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the garlic on top.

Soft garlic makes the miso soup tastier.
