Spinach with Egg Miso Soup
Sweet spinach and soft egg give you a soothing taste.
Ingredients (4 servings)
Type of Miso
Kome (Rice) miso
- Boil the spinach and cut it into proper sizes. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Dissolve the miso and add the spinach. Add the egg evenly just before serving.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
