Autumn Salmon and Vegetable Lumps miso Soup
Enjoy the rich tastes of autumn with fatty autumn salmon and plenty of vegetables.

Directions
- Cut the salmon into proper sizes and dip in boiling water. Dip also the konjac in boiling water and cut into proper sizes. Cut the other vegetables into lumps.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the konjac and vegetables. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and add the salmon.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls.
