Deep-fried Yam and Sweet Green Pepper Miso Soup

- Peel the yam and cut into proper sizes. Deep-fry it in vegetable oil at 180 °C.
- Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Dissolve the miso and add the yam and shishito to cook.
- Serve the miso soup in bowls with the ground sesame sprinkled.
