Mulukhiya and Thick Deep-fried Tofu Miso Soup

Mulukhiya is full of calcium. You can enjoy it easily with this miso soup.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Mulukhiya 1/2 bunch
Atsuage (Thick deep-fried tofu) 1 cake
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

  1. Boil the mulukhiya and chop it until it becomes sticky. Slice the atsuage into slightly thick pieces.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the atsuage. After the atsuage is cooked, dissolve the miso and add the mulukhiya.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Mulukhiya in the soup tastes very well going down.
